Return & Exchange Policy – South Africa

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags still attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at info@bippzklothing.com. Intructions will be given on how to return the items.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bippzklothing.com so we can resolve the issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Worn or used products

  • Items without original tags and packaging

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as per the process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
