Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over R500 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with tags still attached. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely. Exchanges are free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange the swap.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our clothing is designed for ages 3–12, with measurements in centimetres for accuracy.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our pieces are designed to be slightly relaxed for comfort and movement. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and instant EFT. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.
