How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across South Africa. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and more.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R500.
What time must I order for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

Our clothing is designed to fit true to size with a comfortable, active-friendly cut. For a relaxed fit, you can size up by one.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- No restocking fees — returns are straightforward
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- ⚠️ Always contact us before sending anything back — unauthorised returns will not be accepted
Who pays for return shipping?
Customer pays return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
Bippz Klothing pays return shipping if the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect — subject to our verification process.
How do I return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item?
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are welcome subject to stock availability. Contact us first, then return the original item at your own shipping cost.

How do I care for my Bippz clothing?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Full care instructions are printed on each garment label.
